THE HISTORIC GRAPE OF THE LANGUEDOC
This wine has subtle aromas of dark fruit and highly characteristic wild herb aromas of the garrigue (thyme, rosemary).

Although the vines are grown in appellation terroir, we decided to vinify and bottle this wine as a single variety in order to express the unique character of this ancient local grape.
The vine, planted in ideally exposed and very gravelly soil, is exclusively spur-trained using the Gobelet system, with plantations that date back to the 1930s, 1940s and 1960s.
